The company's connection to wood, a fundamental element for the Morese generations, began in that era. The art of cabinetmaking continues through the creation of luxury furniture, showcasing the craftsmanship and skill of Morese Gerardo, whose works are still displayed in the current offices. After World War II, the company entered a new phase focused on innovation in production and mindset, starting serial production of wooden barrels for tobacco for the State Monopoly, as well as wooden crates for fruit and vegetables and the first pallets.
