MB Installazioni Legno was founded in Agliana in 1921 by Mario Marini, who started a small workshop focused on cutting and collecting wood for charcoal production for domestic and industrial use. Over the years, the business evolved under Mario's guidance to focus exclusively on selling wood for carpentry and construction. In the 1990s, Gianluca, Mario's son and current owner, took over the company. He modernized the family business by innovating the production of wooden elements for building construction, anticipating market trends. Under his leadership, wood became the core of the business. Due to changes in the construction sector, wood has become a widely used building material for its structural qualities such as lightness, elasticity, and sustainability, meeting seismic, thermal, and biocompatibility standards. MB Installazioni Legno specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing various wooden structures including houses, roofs, outdoor furniture, insulating packages, and roof windows.
