'Hananoka Farm' is a tourist farm in Mizuho City, Gifu Prefecture, established by Shingetsubaraen (Yugen Kaisha Shingetsu Baraen). Using experience in floriculture, particularly roses, the company offers a range of products. The facility provides strawberry picking, a café and bakery, and various workshops; it also operates a garden center selling tomatoes, houseplants and interior goods. In January 2019 the company launched a vegetable division led by young staff. It cultivates high-sugar mini tomatoes and strawberries, focusing on the varieties Yotsuboshi, Kaorino, Akihime, OiC Berry, Koiminori, Benihoppe and Yayoi-hime. Through Hananoka Farm the company aims to promote the appeal of agriculture and the enjoyment of growing and eating.
