Skana Forest Products Ltd. was incorporated by Chris Beveridge in 1987. The company distributes SPF, Douglas fir, pine, plywood and western red cedar in North American markets and operates remanufacturing facilities. Its Vernon, BC plant produces a full program of high-grade specialty Western Red Cedar products, while the Herbert, Saskatchewan plant focuses on specialty SPF products. Skana’s wholesale distribution division sources other lumber products when they are not manufactured in-house. Traders at Skana handle all species with individual specializations. Since 2021 Kent Beveridge has served as President, responsible for all operating aspects. The company maintains long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.
