Partiluz S.A. was founded in Uruguay to design and manufacture transformer solutions for utilities, industry, and energy projects. The company combines engineering discipline with practical manufacturing expertise to produce equipment intended for long-term operation. Partiluz designs and manufactures transformers for utility, industrial, and renewable energy applications; all equipment is designed and built in Uruguay. In September 2024 Partiluz was acquired by GSP Latin America, Inc., a subsidiary of Green Saber Partners, LP. Green Saber Partners, LP was founded in May 2024 in Houston, Texas, as a diversified technology and operating company focused on engineered power and energy infrastructure; it was formed through the consolidation of Industrious Energy Solutions (2021) and Evos Technical Solutions (2022) and expanded via strategic acquisitions in Latin America, including Partiluz S.A. and Ciea Ingenieria Electrica in 2024. Chris Harvell is President, CEO, co-founder and partner of Green Saber Partners, LP and serves as Chairman, President & CEO of Partiluz S.A. Prior to co-founding Green Saber Partners, he spent 23 years at Stewart & Stevenson, a subsidiary of Kirby Corporation.
