Our logs are carefully selected from sustainably managed forests and undergo a meticulous drying process, the drying kilns are controlled by the moisture content of the kiln atmosphere which ensures very consistent final moisture content regardless of the timber and time of year. The logs are thoroughly dried to around 15% moisture for optimal heat output, a clean crackle free burn and a gentle sweet aroma.
