Madison's Lumber Prices Index reached $524 per thousand board feet for the week ending June 12, 2026, marking a 1% increase from the previous week's level of $521.

The index also rose by $3 from one month ago when it stood at $521, according to Madison's Lumber Reporter.

The index is constructed using the same species as futures contracts, including Western Spruce-Pine-Fir, Eastern Spruce-Pine-Fir, Douglas fir, and Hem-Fir, with weighed averages based on North America production volume ratios over recent years.
