Timber drying plant company Mühlböck has added Wolfgang Staufer to its management team alongside Richard Mühlböck. Staufer has managed the business since the beginning of June and is primarily responsible for sales, order processing, production and after-sales, Mühlböck said.
The company plans to continue the internationalisation of its sales operations, with a focus on expanding its market presence in Scandinavia, the Baltic States and North America.

Mühlböck also plans to strengthen its service and after-sales division to provide customers worldwide with more support in operating and optimising their timber drying plants.
Staufer has more than 25 years of management experience in mechanical and plant engineering, the food industry, and conveyor and automation technology. He has worked as a managing director and strategy consultant.
Most recently, Staufer advised internationally operating companies in Europe, North America and Asia. He holds degrees in electrical engineering and business administration.
