Nobia reorganizes Nordic kitchen business, combines supply chain operations

Swedish kitchen manufacturer Nobia has started implementing a new group structure that consolidates its supply chain and central functions and organizes its brands into business units. The structure will take full effect no later than January 2027, while the company's existing financial reporting segments will remain unchanged, according to Nobia.

Supply chain activities and production sites will be combined in a single Operations function. The function will cover the ramp-up of Nobia Park and consolidation of the production network. A new Group Chief Operating Officer, who is being recruited, will lead Operations once appointed.

Finance will be combined with Technology, Experience and Data in another group function. Rasmus Laursen will lead the combined function as Group Chief Financial Officer. He joined Nobia in March 2026 as CFO of Nobia DK after previous roles at Deloitte and retailer Bestseller.

A new People & Culture function will consolidate personnel activities across the group. Henriette Gabel will lead the function as Group Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined Nobia in April 2026 as CHRO of Nobia DK after holding international human resources leadership positions at Vestas.

The new organization consists of three group functions and three business units with commercial responsibility for their respective brands. The Executive Committee now includes President and Group CEO Jesper Gylling Olsen, Laursen, Gabel and Ole Dalsbø, who is responsible for Local Jewel Brands. Nobia is recruiting executives to lead HTH and Operations.

Philip Sköld, Chief Operating Officer, Robert Belkic, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Sara Björk, Chief Information Officer, will leave the company and its Executive Committee. Nobia plans to concentrate future recruitment and capability development around Nobia Park and Aarhus.

Nobia develops and manufactures kitchens under brands including HTH, Norema, Sigdal, Invita, Superfront and Marbodal in Scandinavia and Novart in Finland. The group has approximately 2,000 employees and net sales of about SEK 5.6 billion.
