PulteGroup will expand into Northwest Florida and launch a Florida Panhandle Division as it adds operations in the region. The company has named Taylor Larza vice president and market manager of the new division, PulteGroup announced.
Larza joined PulteGroup in 2016 and has held procurement roles in Austin, Texas, and Jacksonville, Florida. He most recently served as vice president of procurement for the company’s Northeast Florida division.
The Northeast Florida team will continue to handle operational functions while the new division develops. Larza will lead the establishment and growth of the Panhandle business.
Earlier this year, PulteGroup and The St. Joe Company signed a contract covering 1,326 homesites in two new Bay County communities. Options could increase the total to 2,653 homesites.
Development of the first phase is anticipated to begin in 2027. The initial communities are expected to include homes under the Pulte Homes, Del Webb and Divosta brands.
