Nefab Group has acquired Vallos, s.r.o., a Slovakian company specializing in complete packaging solutions and corrugated products. The acquisition strengthens Nefab's market position in the Slovakia region and supports customers in the lithium-ion battery, datacom and energy sectors.
Vallos brings over 30 years of experience in high-quality fiber-based packaging solutions, complementing Nefab Slovakia's current capabilities. Following the acquisition, Nefab Group now comprises nearly 5,300 employees across 39 countries, with annual turnover exceeding SEK 10 billion ($1 billion).
